Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and son accused of orchestrating gang rape

A new lawsuit has been filed against Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs and his son, claiming they orchestrated gang rape. As his sex trafficking trial nears its conclusion, the Bad Boy rapper is facing more allegations alongside 31-year-old Justin Combs.

Filed on June 26th, the pair are facing a civil lawsuit from an anonymous woman who claims she was drugged and sexually assaulted by three masked men in Los Angeles in 2017, which Justin arranged.

According to E! News, Jane Doe says she met Justin on Snapchat and flew her out to “get her a position with Remote TV in Atlanta through his and his father’s connections.”

She claims she hung out with Justin at a home in Beverly Hills, drinking alcohol and smoking weed that she “believed was laced due to the effect it had on her.” She alleges he also made her take pills or poppers.

From there, the suit claims three masked men “took turns raping Plaintiff both anally and orally while she was drugged and incapacitated” from Saturday evening until midday on the Sunday.

She alleges one of the men was Diddy “due in part to his stature and mannerisms, but also because Justin referred to him on at least one occasion as ‘Pops.’”

The woman is suing them for sexual battery, gender violence and negligent supervision after suffering “severe emotional distress, emotional anguish, fear, anxiety, humiliation, embarrassment, physical injury, emotional injury and trauma.”

In response to the lawsuit, Diddy’s lawyers said, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won’t change the fact that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor”

“We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
