Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs planning Madison Square Garden comeback show

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs is currently behind bars awaiting sentencing, but he has big plans for when he’s released. The Bad Boy rapper is plotting a major show at Madison Square Garden.

In July, Combs was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, carrying a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, sat down for an interview with Jericka Duncan on CBS Mornings, revealing the rapper is plotting a big comeback.

“He’s going to be back at Madison Square Garden,” he said when asked if Combs wants to return to the music industry. “And I said I’ll be there.”

Agnifilo was also questioned about what Combs wants people to know about his mindset. He explained that he’s reflected on his actions and is dedicated to spending time with his family.

“He wants people to know that he has reflected on the blessings that he’s been given,” he said. “On the imperfections that I think he sees in himself. I think he wants to get out of jail, reestablish a loving, present relationship with all of his seven children. He wants to take care of his mother.”

Combs’ post-prison plans could take a while if he’s sentenced for two decades. He’s been denied bail twice since the verdict and will be sentenced on October 3rd.

In court documents, Judge Arun Subramanian wrote, “As for risk of flight or danger, Combs fails to meet his burden by clear and convincing evidence for the reasons set forth on the record at the July 2nd, 2025, hearing. Increasing the amount of the bond or devising additional conditions doesn’t change the calculus given the circumstances and heavy burden of proof that Combs bears.”

The rapper has also contacted Donald Trump for a potential presidential pardon, but a decision has yet to be made.
