Post Malone and The Weeknd tease new single

Post Malone and The Weeknd are joining forces to release a new single, and you can listen to the teaser of the track right now.

Both artists took to Instagram to share a short audio clip that featured both of them singing. On top of that, Post’s manager Dre London also shared the same footage on his own account and revealed the track is titled ‘One Right Now’. He also suggested it will arrive this Friday.

Post Malone was set to headline this year’s Posty Fest in Texas last weekend. However, the event was cancelled due to “logistical issues”. The rapper was scheduled to be joined by Megan Thee Stallion, Tyga, Roddy Rich, Jack Harlow, and many more.

“Due to logistical issues impacting the production of the festival, Posty Fest is rescheduling to 2022,” they said in a statement. “Refunds are available at point of purchase. “We can’t wait to make 2022 our biggest year yet. Stay safe everyone, we’ll see you soon.”

However, Variety said the lapsed Covid protocols in Texas made it hard to implement a safe festival. In the best interests of everyone involved, they postponed the event until next year.

Meanwhile, The Weeknd recently became a Goodwill Ambassador for the UN and described it as a “profound honour”.
