NBA YoungBoy’s handwritten bucket list surfaces from 2018
NBA YoungBoy is one of the most popular rappers in the US in 2025. Over the past week, his bucket list before he became a huge name has surfaced online.
In a note, handwritten by YoungBoy in 2018, the Baton Rouge rapper lists some of his big dreams, both personal and professional.
“Release my debut album,” he began. “Go skydiving, collab with Adele on a song, have a daughter, get my GED, give back to schools in my community, get off probation and be free, leave Louisiana for good, earn a Platinum album, and win a Grammy.”
YoungBoy has ticked off a number of his wishes. He released his debut album, Until Death Call My Name, in April 2018, has had three daughters, was pardoned by Donald Trump in May, and has eight platinum albums to his name.
Although he has never won a Grammy, he was nominated for ‘Best Melodic Rap Performance’ in 2022 for ‘WusYaName’, a collaboration with Tyler, The Creator and Ty Dolla $ign.
YoungBoy has dropped eight studio albums, with his last, MASA, being released in July. He also has 22 mixtapes, sharing the DJ Khaled-hosted DeShawn in August.
He’s had four number one albums on the Billboard 200 chart (2019’s AI YoungBoy 2, 2020’s 38 Baby 2, 2020’s Top, and 2021’s Sincerely, Kentrell), and has a net worth of around $20 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
YoungBoy is currently touring the US on his Make America Slime Again Tour in support of his last album. He’s been on the road since September 1st, having performed in Dallas, Austin, Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Boston, Philadelphia, Miami, Atlanta, and many other cities.
