'Mockingbird' by Eminem becomes most streamed hip hop track on Spotify

‘Mockingbird’ by Eminem has gained over 15.3 million streams, making it the most streamed rap track of the week just gone. It is currently ranked higher than any other rap track on Spotify.

On the general chart, ‘Mockingbird’ has just crept into the Top 40, ranking at number 39. The track’s popularity is due to its circulation on social media, especially TikTok. In recent months, it has remained a firm favourite, and the streaming numbers have continued to rise.

The track is currently the most streamed song of its era across all genres. It’s also now the most streamed hip hop song on Spotify, having past the 1billion streams milestone. This time last year, ‘Mockingbird’ wasn’t even included in Eminem’s top ten tracks.
