Milwaukee rapper killed in multiple victim home shooting

Milwaukee rapper Pwdrbby Dolo has been shot and killed.

The musician (real name Thomas Jones) lost his life in a home shooting last week that also saw two others injured.

According to TMJ4, the incident took place on N 38th Street at around 3am on May 21st.

A man named Phillip Redic, who lives down the street, recalled waking up in the middle of the night to the sound of bullets.

Redic believes he heard six gunshots, with one of the bullets hitting his property. “Woke us up outta our sleep about three o’clock this morning, had us downstairs,” he said. “They thought one probably hit my house, it just missed and hit the fence. It came from there. See right there on the house where the hole’s at?”

Neighbours on the other side of the property said they were in their living room when a bullet came through the side of their house. The incident was the second shooting in the street that week, with Redic claiming the area has taken a turn for the worse. “It wasn’t that wild at first,” he said.

Pwdrbby Dolo had released several songs in the months leading up to his death, including ‘Prove Sumn’, ‘And Did’, ‘On They Ass’, and ‘Head First’.

“Forever in our hearts, never forgotten,” a tribute read on social media. “RIP Pwdrbby Dolo aka Thomas. A soul gone too soon, but never forgotten. Your legacy lives on through your music, your love and your people.”

Producer Chedda Tha Truth aso paid tribute with a post on Instagram. “Everybody just keep leaving me,” he wrote. “I’m a miss you, my brother. I’m coming to Milwaukee for you. You already know how I’m coming behind. Rest peace to my brother.”

He continued, “Pwderbaby Dolo I wish I can go to sleep and wake up and this should not be true bro you missed it. I was with juvenile last night. You’re supposed to be calling me this morning. I can hear you’re right now.”
