Megan Thee Stallion shares new single ‘Plan B’

Megan Thee Stallion has shared her new single, ‘Plan B’.

Meg debuted the new track during her Coachella set last weekend, and now it has been given an official release. It’s lined up to feature on her upcoming second album, as is her previous single ‘Sweetest Pie’, featuring Dua Lipa.

When she performed it for the first time last weekend at the Californian festival, the Houston rapper revealed it was “very motherfucking personal” to her and addressed it “to whom the fuck it may concern”. Before she took to the stage, Meg tweeted: “Every time I play it for a woman they start jumping and clapping”.

It’s an old-school beat that samples Jodeci, Raekwon and Ghostface Killah’s ‘Freek’n You (Remix)’. On the track, she raps: “Ladies, love yourself, ’cause this shit could get ugly.”

Meanwhile, Megan has also been confirmed in the lead role in the upcoming film, F*cking Identical Twins.

THR states the adaptation follows “two business adversaries who realise they’re identical twin brothers and decide to switch places in order to reunite their divorced parents and become a family again”.

Megan took to Instagram to share her joy about the role and told her followers: “HOTTIES THIS IS OUR FIRST MOVIEEEE/ MUSICAL! WITH SOME MOVIE LEGENDS. I’m so excited I feel so blessed I feel anxious lol I feel a bunch of shit I really have been quietly putting in this work and I just cant wait for the hotties to see everything.”
