Meek Mill announces fifth album ‘Expensive Pain’

Meek Mill has announced the news of his upcoming fifth album, Expensive Pain.

It’s been three years since we last caught up with the treasured rapper when he released his most recent album, Championships. Through that extensive period, Meek has kept him busy releasing an array of freestyles, one-off tracks and the 2020 EP, Quarantine Pack.

The rapper has kept coy on revealing all of the details for the upcoming project and is yet to share the full tracklist for Expensive Pain. However, he has confirmed that his recent singles ‘Sharing Locations’ and ‘Blue Notes 2’ will appear on the project alongside a bonus track called ‘Flamerz Flow’.

Meek has announced that the album will be with the world on October 1st and will be accompanied with artwork based on an original painting by Nina Chanel Abney, which he shared on Instagram.

Meanwhile, the rapper has been busy over the last week since arriving in London to perform at Wireless Festival in Crystal Palace at the weekend.

A few days ago, he was spotted recording a new video with Giggs on the streets of Peckham, which suggests that a collaboration between the pair will feature on the new album.
