Lil Wayne announces ’20 Years of Carter Classics Tour’

Lil Wayne has announced that he’ll be going on tour later this year.

The 20 Years of Carter Classics Tour will take place across North America in June, July, August, September, and October this year.

Weezy won’t be touring alone, either. He’ll be joined by 2 Chainz and The Game for select dates on the massive run.

The 43-year-old rapper will be performing in Chicago, Columbus, St Louis, Long Beach, Fort Worth, Fresno, Denver, Nashville, San Antonio, and many other cities.

Wayne announced the news by sharing the tour poster on Instagram, writing in the caption, “Headed on the road again. Be sure to sign up to see when tickets go on sale.”

20 Years of Carter Classics Tour is a continuation of Weezy’s 20th anniversary tour celebrations for his Tha Carter album, which was released in 2004.

The tour celebrates not only his fourth album, but also 2005’s Tha Carter II, 2008’s Tha Carter III, 2011’s Tha Carter IV, 2018’s Tha Carter V, and 2025’s Tha Carter VI.

Wayne’s previous tour took place throughout 2025, where he was joined by Hot Boys, Tyga, NoCap, and Belly Gang Kushington.

His last album, Tha Carter VI, reached number two on the Billboard 200 chart with 108,000 units in its first week. The project featured Bono, Wyclef Jean, Kodak Black, BigXthaPlug, Big Sean, Mannie Fresh, MGK, and more.
