Lil Nas X has shared a skit that teases his upcoming Kanye West-produced single, ‘Industry Baby’.
The video sees the rapper poke fun at his upcoming lawsuit with Nike after the clothing company successfully filed a trademark infringement against him earlier this year.
Nas released pairs of Nike Air Max 97s through his merch site that he claimed contained human blood, and, after legal discussions, Nike forced him to recall the products.
The snippet released from the video for ‘Industry Baby’ sees Nas play many roles, including a judge, two different lawyers, and a jury member. The track also features Jack Harlow and is scheduled for a release this Friday.
Elsewhere in the clip, the jury inspects one of the recalled pair of 97s before a judge hands Nas a sentence of “five years in Montero State Prison”.
In April, Nike said: “MSCHF has agreed to initiate a voluntary recall to buy back any Satan Shoes and Jesus Shoes for their original retail prices, to remove them from circulation.”
