Kid Cudi teases a memoir book tour

Rapper and singer Kid Cudi has teased fans, suggesting that he will be going on a book tour next year after he releases his memoir CUDI. The former G.O.O.D Music artist previously announced that the upcoming book will be brutally honest.

Cudi previously hinted the book would be “very honest” and talk about “sex, drugs, love, faith, and melodies.” The emcee (real name Scott Mescudi) recently took to X/Twitter to tell fans that the memoir will be available in September 2024.

Via social media, the ‘Day N Nite’ lyricist wrote, “Goin thru my life and the journey it’s been so far is bringing me so much peace just talkin’ about certain things and how they made me feel.”

He continued, “Moments, people, ageing, the fun, the madness, the darkness, such a beautiful ride.” In another post, Mescudi wrote, “I know this book will inspire you to live your life to the fullest every chance you get, reach for your dreams and work hard to bring them to reality and keep God close.”

Mescudi shared his desires concerning the book and what he wants fans to take away after reading the memoir, writing, “My hope is that after u read this, you’ll have the confidence to bet on yourself, and strive to live life as a better human on this planet and spread love.”

Cudi announced that he was writing a book in September last year, and after writing the first chapter, he took to social media to let fans know it was “coming together really well.”

Admitting it was scary, last year, he told his followers, “Tellin’ my story in my own words is scary, but I feel like it needs to be told,” he said. “I feel like everything will make a lil more sense as to why you all met such a troubled boy in the beginning.”
