Kanye West sues the person leaking unreleased music

Kanye West is entangled in yet another legal battle, this time facing off against an individual who has been illicitly sharing his music on the internet.

According to legal records obtained by Radar Online, Kanye, known as the Yeezy impresario, has initiated legal proceedings in the Los Angeles Superior Court.

His lawsuit targets an anonymous defendant, identified simply as “Does,” for their unauthorized dissemination of his songs on various social media platforms.

The offending account is none other than “DaUnreleasedGod” across multiple online channels, purportedly responsible for uploading exclusive studio sessions featuring Kanye and several unreleased tracks. Notably, one of these unreleased tracks includes collaborations with Rihanna and Pusha T.

The Chicago performer claims he has “suffered significant financial losses and damages as a direct result of the Defendants’ actions.”

The statement continued: “In addition, the Defendant’s actions amount to the theft of a trade secret. Ye’s musical composition, with its distinctive arrangement and unique elements, constitutes a trade secret due to its economic value, secrecy, and the efforts taken to safeguard it.”

The illegitimate releases began in May this year and continued into August, and West is now demanding a permanent injunction from those responsible.
