Juelz Santana reveals he was injured in a car crash
Juelz Santana has revealed he was injured in a car crash that took place over the weekend.
The Dipset rapper took to his Instagram Stories on January 11th to share a selfie that showed blood and bruises across his face.
In the caption, he wrote, “Car Crash,” followed by raised hands and prayer emojis. It’s currently unclear what caused the car crash or if anyone else was involved in the incident.
Juelz’s overall condition is unknown, but the fact that he posted a photo on social media suggests he was mostly unharmed.
Shortly after sharing the selfie, he wrote in the next post, “People Forget Soooo Fast,” followed by several facepalm emojis.
Fans took to the comments of The Shade Room‘s post to react to the incident. One person wrote, “Thank God he still got life speedy recovery.”
Another person said, “If I ever go through it I promise I’m not taking a selfie to upload, I’ll share my testimony some other way.” Someone else wrote, “I hate what social media has become, why do we need to see this smh.”
Juelz released his last project, #FreeSantana, in March 2020, with features from Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz, Jim Jones, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Jeremih, Dave East, and others.
Legal issues have plagued the rapper in recent years. In 2018, he pleaded guilty to carrying a weapon on an aircraft and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
A loaded handgun and oxycodone pills were found in his bag at Newark Liberty International Airport, causing him to flee the airport before turning himself in. He was sentenced to 27 months and one year of supervised release.
