French Montana gets engaged to Dubai princess Sheikha Mahra
French Montana has proposed to Dubai princess, Sheikha Mahra. The couple reportedly made things official earlier this summer.
The Bronx rapper proposed in June during Paris Fashion Week after he walked the runway for the 3.Paradis spring/summer 2026 collection.
The 31-year-old (full name Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum) is an Emirati princess and the daughter of Dubai’s ruler and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
A representative for Montana confirmed the news to TMZ. Montana and Mahra have been spotted together in different locations across the world since October 2024. They’ve been seen in Dubai, Paris, and Morocco, where the rapper was born.
Mahra was previously married to Sheikh Mana bin Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mana Al Maktoum. She announced their split in July 2024 in a viral Instagram post, which accused him of being unfaithful.
“As you are occupied with other companions, I hereby declare our divorce you,” she wrote at the time. “I divorce you, I divorce you, and I Divorce You. Take care. Your ex-wife.”
Montana has dated celebrities such as Khloé Kardashian, Iggy Azalea, and Rubi Rose in the past. During an interview with Elle in 2016, he opened up about dating someone going through a divorce.
“See, me, when I was dealing with somebody who was going through a divorce, it’s real emotional,” he said. “It’s a sensitive space for them. You might just wake up and they’re crying right next to you.”
Montana released his last album, They Got Amnesia, in 2021. However, he’s since dropped multiple projects, including Montega with Harry Fraud, Coke Boys 6 with DJ Drama, and Mac and Cheese 5.
