Former college student accuses Diddy of rape in new lawsuit

The rap star Diddy has been accused in another lawsuit for an alleged incident of sexual assault. The alleged victim accuses the rapper of drugging and raping her at “a place he was staying at” in 1991.

The woman, who has opted to remain anonymous at this juncture, reportedly filed the lawsuit in the Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday, November 23rd.

The alleged victim was a student at Syracuse University at the time and claims that the rapper took advantage of her after a meal at Wells Restaurant in Harlem.

“They had many friends and acquaintances in common, and she had appeared with Combs in a few clips of a music video,” the official complaint reveals.

The suit alleges that Diddy drugged her before videotaping himself sexually assaulting her. It adds that the “revenge porn” was “distributed throughout New York state – all without her consent.”

“As was his practice … Combs video recorded the sexual assault. Days later, a male friend revealed to her that he had viewed the ‘sex tape’ along with other men,” the suit continued.

A spokesperson for Diddy has released a statement to HipHopDX vehemently denying the allegations. “This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head.

“Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her, and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more.”

The suit against Diddy arrived just 24 hours before the New York Adult Survivors Act expired on Friday, thus calling the recent allegations into question.
