Druski denies involvement in Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs lawsuit: “A fabricated lie”

Druski (real name Drew Desbordes) was named as a defendant in a lawsuit filed against Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs on March 9th. A woman named Ashley Parham amended her legal complaint to include the comedian/influencer, as well as NFL player Odell Beckham Jr and singer Jaguar Wright.

In the suit, the plaintiff claims she was “drugged, kidnapped and raped” while being physically outnumbered at a party hosted by Combs in 2018.

“Instead of immediately raping Plaintiff, Defendant Druski doused Plaintiff with more oil/lubricant and then jumped on top of Plaintiff’s naked and oiled body treating it like a slip and slide and knocking the wind out of Plaintiff due to his enormous size,” the filing reads.

Parham alleges Desbordes continued the assault as Combs recorded the incident before they left to smoke weed and cigarettes. Desbordes took to social media on March 9th to deny any wrongdoing, claiming he wasn’t famous then and was living with his mother.

“This allegation is a fabricated lie,” he wrote. “I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 – I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.”

He added, “My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”

Parham seeks punitive damages, claiming the defendants acted “willfully, wantonly, maliciously and oppressively.”

Combs was charged with racketeering, sex trafficking by force and transportation for purposes of prostitution following his arrest in September. Currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, the Bad Boy rapper has pled not guilty to the charges.

Judge Arun Subramanian has denied bail three times to Combs, and his trial is set to begin on May 5th.
