Doja Cat admits she’s a serial dater because she’s “ovulating and horny”
Doja Cat has revealed that “ovulating” and being “horny” are the reasons why she’s a serial dater.
The Los Angeles rapper, who released her last album Vie in 2025, has opened up about being a serial dater in the past and admitted that it’s still the case.
During a recent interview with Vogue, Doja explained that she’s in that mindset more than ever, stating, “I’m 30, so I’m ovulating and horny.”
She went on to explain that she’s currently dating someone, but her favourite part of their relationship is when she’s away from them.
“I love when they leave,” she said. “This is what therapy has done for me. It’s allowed me to be away and be at peace without being like, ‘I need tarot cards. I need an answer. Text me.’ I don’t do any of that anymore. It’s very nice.”
In the past, Doja has been romantically linked to actor Joseph Quinn and comedian Jeffrey ‘J’ Cyrus, but her current partner is unknown.
Doja first opened up about being a serial dater in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar in 2023, despite being in a relationship at the time.
“I love love,” she said. “I’m possibly a serial dater. I definitely have had that in me a little bit. But right now I’m in a different place in my life where I am very committed and very much in love in a different way than before.”
She added, “I think I’ve evolved. I’m learning to love myself, so the way that I love other people is very different. I don’t feel like a lost little teen. I feel like a woman who is coming into her own.”
