Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ son served with sexual assault lawsuit

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs’ son has been hit with a sexual assault lawsuit following all of the allegations against his father.

In a new filing, Christian ‘King’ Combs has been accused of assault, battery, sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

According to In Touch, Christian was recently served with paperwork at his father’s mansion in Miami. The woman who filed the lawsuit, Grace O’Marcaigh, says she was a stewardess on a yacht that Sean hired in July 2022, with the Bad Boy boss allegedly turning it into a “hedonistic environment” through “unlawful drug use, sex work and general chaos.”

Grace alleged Christian took a “very inappropriate” interest in her during one of her shifts, claiming he pressured her to drink alcohol in a recording studio. The suit claims that Christian “violently grabbed [Grace’s] arm and began hurting her. He pulled [Grace] to the seat beside him and prevented her from getting up.”

After becoming scared, she requested to leave the “very dangerous situation.” Christian then allegedly told her to take more shots, which she believes were spiked.

Later that day, Grace claims that Christian was “physical and extremely aggressive” as he groped her in the corner of a room. Christian allegedly took off his clothes and showed his erection, before grabbing her arms and attempting to make her perform oral sex. After claiming to fight Christian, she says another employee walked in and stopped the situation.

The lawsuit also claims that Grace broke up with her partner due to Christian’s alleged actions that left bruises on her body. Not only that, but she also needed medication and therapy to cope with the mental side of it all.

“In addition to losing her employment, [Grace] also lost her longtime partner, with whom she had planned a future,” the suit reads. “[Grace’s] partner was never the same after seeing [Grace’s] bruises on her body because of [Christian’s] sexual assault and having to deal with the mental and emotional ramifications, so they separated.”

It continues, “[Grace’s] mental health deteriorated to the point that she was medicated and required intensive therapy. Additionally, she fell into a deep depression and was unable to fully carry out her maid of honour duties at the wedding of her only sister in June 2023, which she had been looking forward to doing for over 18 months.”

Christian is yet to comment on reports of the lawsuit.
