Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs revealed to be paying lawyer of ex-girlfriend testifying against him

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs is paying legal fees for the ex-girlfriend testifying against him in his sex trafficking and racketeering trial. Jane Doe, who dated Combs between 2021 and 2024, admitted that the Bad Boy rapper had helped hire the lawyer who currently represents her.

In court documents obtained by reporter Meghann Cuniff, the anonymous woman discussed her history of Combs paying for her lawyers. She revealed that Combs paid for her current lawyer and has been paying that person the whole time.

On June 6th, she also admitted that Combs is still paying for her $10,000 rent where she resides in Los Angeles.

While testifying, Jane Doe said she first met Combs on a Miami trip in 2020 when he was romantically involved with one of her friends. After they got together, she claims Combs pressured her into taking part in “hotel nights,” like the “freak-offs” Cassie described during her testimony, where Combs arranged for her to have sex with other men.

Doe alleges Combs coerced her into having days-long sex parties with male escorts, fueled by drugs. She alleged that after informing Combs she didn’t want to have sex with other men, he threatened to stop paying her rent and threatened to share footage of the parties.

She once told Combs via text message, “I don’t want to play this role in your life anymore … it’s dark, sleazy and makes me feel disgusting.”

Combs is facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking by force, and transportation for purposes of prostitution. Since his arrest in September, he’s been detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. If convicted of the charges, he faces up to life in prison.

Combs denies all of the charges.

The trial remains ongoing.
