Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs pulls $61.5 million “freak-off” mansion off the market

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs has removed his $61.5 million mansion from the market just five months after listing the property. The Bad Boy rapper put his home up for sale just one week before he was taken into custody by police on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking by force and transportation for purposes of prostitution.

The Beverly Hills home, which boasts 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, was purchased for $39 million in 2014 and made headlines after the Department of Homeland Security raided the property in March 2024.

Prosecutors claim the mansion was used for “freak-off” parties, where Combs is accused of using his “power and prestige” to “abuse, threaten and coerce women to fulfil his sexual desires.”

Agents found weapons, drugs and alleged “freak-off” supplies, which included narcotics, lubricant and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil. A source told Page Six that, due to the raids, there had been “significant property damage” caused.

Located in the Holmby Hills neighbourhood, the original listing described the property as one of the “most spectacular and beautiful estates.” The home includes a bar, wine cellar, library, gym, indoor sauna and pool. Combs reportedly considered selling the 17,000-square-foot property less than four months after federal agents raided it.

According to Realtor, despite being taken off the market, the same agent, Kurt Rappaport, relisted the mansion just hours later.

Combs is currently jailed at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn while awaiting his trial, which is set to begin on May 5th. Combs has pled not guilty to the charges and has been denied bail three times. If convicted, he faces up to life in prison.

His legal team have denied the many allegations against him with similar statements. Following a recent lawsuit, their statement read, “This is yet another example of false claims being filed against Mr Combs.”

It continued, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason.”
