Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of raping 17-year-old boy

A new lawsuit has been filed against Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs, claiming he raped a male when he was 17-years-old. The incident allegedly took place at a nightclub in SoHo, New York City and saw Combs drugging and sexually assaulting the victim.

The lawsuit, filed by notorious lawyer Tony Buzbee, claims that John Doe, an aspiring entertainer at the time, was invited to a venue for a career opportunity. However, he says Combs and his associates drugged him by putting something in his drink and guiding him to a secluded area.

According to documents obtained by AllHipHop, Doe alleges his next memory involved a blur of fear, confusion, and violation, claiming he lost his strength and couldn’t understand what was happening as Combs anally raped him.

“Doe was ultimately anally raped by Combs in the back room of the nightclub. He could not stop the assault on him,” Buzbee said. “He was defenceless. To this day, Doe often has nightmares of being in the backroom of the nightclub, watching as Combs takes him from behind.”

Buzbee has filed dozens of lawsuits against Combs, alleging the sexual abuse of men and women. He’s famously behind the lawsuit involving Combs and Shawn ‘Jay-Z’ Carter, which accuses the two hip-hop moguls of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000.

Carter immediately denied the claims and has challenged Buzbee on several occasions. “Mr. Carter seeks only to hold Mr. Buzbee to the ethical standards that constrain any responsible attorney who would solemnly sign his name to allegations in court,” said Jay’s lawyer, Alex Spiro.

Combs was arrested in September on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking by force, and transportation for purposes of prostitution. Since then, he’s been behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. His trial is set to begin on May 5th, having been denied bail three times.

His team has denied the allegations since the beginning, issuing similar statements in response to every lawsuit. “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” his attorneys have been saying about the cases. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”
