Chris Brown reveals huge features on new album ‘Brown’
Chris Brown has revealed the features on his upcoming album.
The singer is set to release his new album, Brown (an acronym for Break Rules Only When Necessary), on May 8th.
To celebrate his birthday, Brown took to Instagram on May 5th to share the project’s guest appearances, posting a vintage black-and-white trailer from 1966.
The lineup for the fictionalised “A Night of Soul” at the House of Brown features NBA YoungBoy, GloRilla, Vybz Kartel, Leon Thomas, Bryson Tiller, Tank, Fridayy, Sexyy Red, and Lucky Daye.
Brown will serve as his 12th studio album and his first in three years following 2023’s 11:11. It featured Future, Davido, Fridayy, Byron Messia, Maeta, and Lojay, and debuted at number nine on the Billboard 200 chart with 45,000 units in its first week.
Consisting of 27 songs, Brown is set to include the recent singles ‘Fallin’ with Leon Thomas, ‘Obvious’, ‘Holy Blindfold’, and ‘It Depends’ with Bryson Tiller.
In support of the album, Brown is going on tour alongside Usher this summer for The R&B Tour.
The pair will be touring North America between June 2026 and December 2026, performing in Denver, Detroit, Washington DC, Nashville, Toronto, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Dallas, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, Miami, and many other cities.
Following the announcement of the tour, Brown hit back at some of his critics.
“The funniest and the weirdest shit ever to me is the fact that people have the option to come to my tour and the option not to,” he wrote on Instagram. “I know everyone who is a fan of me and USHER will definitely be in the building and it will be PACKED just like last year.”
