Chicago rapper Adamn Killa arrested after telling police to “arrest me, daddy”

Adamn Killa was arrested in Chicago earlier this week. The rapper (real name Adam Kelly) was detained after interrupting a traffic stop.

The Chi-town rapper has been going viral in recent months for bending over in front of police officers and telling them, “Arrest me, daddy,” followed by a dance.

On November 10th, Killa was actually arrested for getting in the way of an officer making a traffic stop in Downtown Chicago. He was held in a vehicle for 20 minutes before being released without any charges.

After being handcuffed, Killa took to social media to share a video of the incident. The clip showed him being escorted to a police car.

Killa shared further photos of himself sticking his tongue out as he was being handcuffed, writing on Instagram, “First rapper to emote while getting arrested.”

During an interview with the Chicago Sun-Times, Killa assured fans that he would be keeping up the content. “I got out and I went and made more ‘Arrest me, daddy’ videos right after,” he said.

Killa is managed by Chance The Rapper’s brother, Taylor Bennett, and has over two million followers across TikTok and Instagram.

His viral videos are accompanied by his biggest song, ‘Fall On’, which has over two million streams on Spotify. The track appears on his Generational Run album, released in June.

Not only has Killa danced in front of police officers, but he’s also bent over for National Guard members. Speaking on Donald Trump’s deportation in Washington, D.C., he said, “How they be covering their face and shit, I feel like in the future, they gonna look at them like how they looked at, like the Nazi soldiers.”

He added, “They know what they be doing wrong. That’s why they cover their face and they be covering their badges and stuff.”
