Chance The Rapper shares new video for 'A Bar About A Bar'

Chance The Rapper has shared the video for his latest track, ‘A Bar About A A Bar’.

Chance has linked up with Vic Mensa on the song, and in the video, they can be seen practising writing exercises together while Chicago painter Nikko Washington also operates in the background. They previously worked together on Chance’s hit song ‘Cocoa Butter Kisses’ from his 2013 mixtape Acid Rap and on Wyclef Jean’s ‘Shelter’.

Last year, they went out to Ghana together, and Mensa was arrested when they returned to America at Dulles International Airport. They allegedly discovered 41 grams of LSD, 124 grams of psilocybin capsules, 178 grams of psilocybin gummies, and six grams of psilocybin mushrooms. However, the rapper was released after a short time in custody.

More music is expected to be on the way from the pair of Chicago rappers, with Mensa recently telling Complex: “Me and Chano have been working on a lot of music for a while now, there’s much more to come.”

Last year in an interview with Far Out, Chance promised that new music would be released in 2022 and he’s stayed good to his word. He told the publication: “Oh, yeah, eventually. I don’t know if it’ll be like another three years. Well, I guess three years from 2019 would be next year.”

While we still await confirmation of a new album, something special is brewing from Chance The Rapper, and you can watch the video for ‘A Bar About A Bar’ below.
