Cardi B reveals her tour has gone millions over budget

Cardi B is preparing to go on tour later this year, but has revealed she’s gone millions of dollars over budget.

The Bronx rapper is set to hit the road next month on her Lil Miss Drama Tour in support of her latest album, Am I the Drama?.

Taking to Instagram Live on January 7th, Cardi admitted she’s gone at least $2 million overboard and might have to front the costs herself.

“I’m over a couple of million on my budget tour,” she said. “We redid the budget, so now it’s just like I gotta go find the fucking money, or I would have to put some of my own money for things that I want because I went over my budget. I feel like we do the budget every other week and shit.”

She added, “It’s just, like, a lot. On top of that, it’s a lot of dance moves that I gotta do, and I’m just ready to go home. I don’t know what it is about LA, but I don’t like being in LA anymore.”

Cardi also addressed fan expectations. “I ain’t no damn Beyoncé, so don’t be expecting any of that,” she said. “I don’t got that production money, but bitch, I’m gonna give it all I got. I’m working hard, I’m popping it. This tour is catered to BardiGang, and to people who are not even BardiGang but are some type of fan of mine or just wanna have a good time.”

The Little Miss Drama Tour will kickstart on February 11th in Palm Desert and see her touring across North America.

The 35 dates include Inglewood, Portland, Vancouver, San Francisco, Houston, Dallas, Detroit, Chicago, New York City, Toronto, Atlanta, and many other cities.

Am I the Drama? arrived on September 19th and debuted at number on the Billboard 200 chart with 200,000 units in its first week.
