Budweiser share new Notorious B.I.G. 'tall boy' cans

Budweiser has teamed up with The Notorious B.I.G.’s estate to create ‘Tall Boy’ cans.

Unfortunately, the new range of cans is available exclusively in New York City. Budweiser’s latest limited-edition collaboration features designs inspired by Biggie’s career, which they are attempting to honour. The rapper was tragically killed in 1997 and is still sorely missed by every hip-hop lover in the world today.

The cans include a hand-drawn sketch of Biggie. They also have ‘Brooklyn’s Finest’ and ‘King of New York’ plastered all over them. You can also see the famous Brooklyn skyline, and lyrics from his track, Unbelievable, also feature on the product.

“I am honoured to know that a brand such as Budweiser wanted to celebrate my son in this way,” Biggie’s mother Voletta Wallace said. “Christopher’s legacy and brand value is extremely important to myself and the family and memorializing him on the can of an iconic beer brand as Budweiser is something I believe he would be happy with.”

“The Notorious B.I.G. Budweiser Tall Boy can is the most iconic can collaboration we’ve done to date,” Daniel Blake, Group V.P. Marketing, Budweiser & Value at Anheuser-Busch said.

“We’re grateful for the collaboration with the Christopher Wallace Estate and Biggie’s mother Voletta Wallace to bring this special can to life so that we can celebrate the legacy of the greatest rapper of all time.”
