A$AP Rocky spotted in wheelchair amid health concerns

A$AP Rocky was recently spotted in a wheelchair, sparking concerns about his health. The Harlem rapper was wheeled to a yellow Hummer in Los Angeles earlier this week.

Photos and videos surfaced of the artist being assisted in West Hollywood, where he could be seen being helped into the back of the car.

According to TMZ, Rocky looked “completely distressed” as he poked his head from under a blanket. However, reports claim he was recovering from a minor dental surgery.

He performed shows in Switzerland, Poland, and Romania earlier this month and is scheduled for more concerts later in July.

Rocky released his latest single, ‘pray4dagang’, a collaboration with KayCyy, on July 5th. It’s set to be included on his long-awaited album, Don’t Be Dumb. During a recent interview with Variety, he opened up about the contents of his unreleased music.

“It’s odd because as I get older, I’m more conscious about how I view myself,” he said. “Describing my life sounds very braggadocious, and I want to figure out how to say it to where it feels more humble, relatable and sincere, as opposed to just shitting on the next person or making the next person feel down — or just evoking negative shit out of people.”

He added, “I’m writing about these past four or five years that I had this over me, and it’s been kind of handicapping me.”

In February, Rocky was found not guilty of two felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm after he was accused of shooting a former friend in Hollywood in 2021. If convicted, he could have faced decades in prison.

After the verdict, he said, “This whole experience has been crazy for the past four years. I’m thankful, and it’s blessed to be here right now, to be a free man talking to y’all.”
