A$AP Mob affiliate Da$H reportedly homeless in New Jersey

A$AP Mob affiliate Da$H is reportedly homeless.

Last month, Harrd Luck and Oskama Esteban released a music video for their song ‘U Remind Me’, which has appearances from people on the street in Paterson, New Jersey.

Following its release, fans noticed that rapper Da$H made multiple appearances in the video, which caused concern about him being homeless.

One of his longtime collaborators, RetcH, was one of those who came across the visual and reacted to the news.

He initially wrote on X, “Playing a role of a fiend shadowboxing in a song w the hook goin you remind of a fiend that I once knew so crazy this sad to see pray for bruh @heirdash.”

RetcH later revealed that Da$H’s mother called him in tears after seeing her son in the video.

“Pulled up on Hardy last night to bring some understanding to that video strictly off the strength of bro moms who called crying when she saw it,” he wrote on Instagram. “This woman took me in when I got kicked out my crib at 15 when Dolla aint even live with her. He lived with his father in a whole different town.”

He continued, “That lady showed me a level of love I could never forget. This just me paying it forward. Much respect to hardy for even taking the time out to explain this. Real grown man sh*t.”

In a video, Hardd Luck explained that he had no idea who Da$H was and was simply showing love to the “fiends.” He revealed that he gave money and food to everyone who appeared in the video.

“I ain’t even know who bro was,” he said. “He must’ve got a fanbase; they went crazy. I went back looking for bro, I was gonna go clean up. Even though that day, we took care of the n*gga. Brought pizza, put a couple dollars in his pocket. We took care of everybody down there that was working. I don’t give a fuck [if] it was junkies, whatever. We did that shit to spread awareness and show love to the Js from our hood. We got money in the streets, we gon’ give back.”

Hardd Luck went on to claim that Da$H is now off the street and receiving help.

“Furthermore, I heard bro is good now they came and got him,” he said. “God bless, man. I hope he get clean, I hope he get better. I know he got some good people. I heard that’s Dame Dash’s nephew, I heard he come from a good family. I heard the video spread awareness, as it should. That was the plan. They came and got bro. I’m proud of that.”

Da$H was one of the most exciting underground rappers of the 2010s with projects such as V.I.C.E.S., Skrewface, and 17 More Minutes. He came up alongside A$AP Mob, making multiple appearances on their debut mixtape, Lord$ Never Worry, released in 2012.

He’s collaborated with Mac Miller, Earl Sweatshirt, Vince Staples, Ab-Soul, Action Bronson, Maxo Kream, JID, Domo Genesis, and many others.
