Amber Rose takes aim at Kanye West and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs
Amber Rose has long been a prominent figure in hip-hop culture. Having been in relationships with Kanye West, 21 Savage, and her ex-husband Wiz Khalifa, she has remained closely connected to the rap world. Recently, she made some striking claims during an appearance on Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay podcast.
Through her personal and professional interactions, Rose has encountered many influential figures in the music industry. In her conversation with Sharpe, she shared insights about her past relationship with Kanye West and reflected on her experiences at events hosted by Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Discussing Combs, she acknowledged attending his exclusive parties over the years, stating, “I’ve been to every Puff party. I’ve been to every White Party since 2009. I’m going to be very, very transparent on this show.” She also confirmed attending his 2023 events, which took place before Cassie Ventura’s lawsuit—a legal case that significantly impacted Combs’ reputation.
However, when asked about allegations surrounding some of these gatherings, Rose distanced herself from any controversial claims. “If these freak-offs are happening, it’s on a completely different day!” she remarked. “Every time I was there, Puff was there the whole time.”
Shifting focus to Kanye West, Rose, who dated the rapper in the late 2000s, offered her perspective on his behaviour and relationships. She suggested that his actions are shaped by a lack of genuine support, stating, “I don’t think he has anybody around him who’s loving on him the proper way. I think he has enablers around him who don’t actually care about him.”
Rose also weighed in on West’s approach to relationships, implying that he seeks validation through the attention his partners receive. Referencing a past social media post by West, she claimed, “He wants other men to want his woman. That’s what he’s into—he likes that. He likes that men are drooling over his woman. [West] wants all his friends to want to f*** his girlfriend!”
She further speculated on why West’s partners often dress in revealing outfits, suggesting it is more about provoking envy than personal preference. Reflecting on her own experience, she said, “I do look pretty and cool, but if you look back at old pictures of me when I was dating Kanye, when I’m out by myself, I have all his clothes on. I had baggy jeans on, a t-shirt, a big-ass jacket ’cause I raided his closet when he wasn’t home and wore all his stuff because I used to hate dressing like a whore!”
Rose’s remarks have fueled ongoing speculation about Kanye West’s current wife, Bianca Censori, and the nature of her public image. However, as with much of West’s personal life, the full story remains uncertain.
