50 Cent predicts how long Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs will spend in prison
50 Cent has weighed in on Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ legal situation after three weeks of his sex trafficking trial. The G-Unit rapper has seen enough to believe that the Combs will spend a couple of decades in prison.
The ‘Candy Shop’ rapper took to Instagram to share an AI photo of Combs with grey hair, adding in the caption, “What’s the spread on this, I got Diddy doing 20. His friends just got the fuck away for him. SMH BadBoy Dangerous!”
Combs is facing life in prison if found guilty of the charges against him. One count of racketeering conspiracy carries a maximum sentence of life in prison, two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion carry a maximum sentence of life in prison, and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution hold a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.
50 has been outspoken about Combs in the past. On one occasion, he revealed he distanced himself from Combs because he asked to take him shopping.
“I thought that was the weirdest shit in the world because that might be something that a man says to a woman,” he told The Hollywood Reporter. “And I’m just like, ‘Naw, I’m not fucking with this weird energy or weird shit,’ coming off the way he was just moving. From that, I wasn’t comfortable around him.”
Speaking on their relationship, he said, “It was mostly work. I wouldn’t call it a friendship because there wouldn’t be disappointment between us if we didn’t speak to each other. There’s points that we worked together. Jennifer Lopez actually told him he should work with me as songwriter in the beginning. And I was around at the early stages, and he could have done my record deal at that point.”
During his appearance on the Flagrant podcast, he claimed Combs was never closeted about his sexuality. “Certain things, they let it go by because it’s Puff,” he said. “Like, he would say stuff. He wasn’t in the closet, he was in the hallway. Now, you see so much shit that you go away [like], ‘Yo, this was visible guys.’”
He added, “I’ve been the crazy guy for a long time, [like], ‘You’re a hater.’ Now everybody’s complaining, ‘My arse is hurting, y’all.’ All this shit is coming. All I’m saying is, you see it now, all of these complaints.”
